On the Fly (now Cold Spring Fitness) is a small boutique fitness studio with a focus on indoor cycling, barre and circuit/suspension/agility training to help strengthen, lengthen and sculpt the whole body. We are committed to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals.
We offer a wide variety of small group fitness classes geared to all fitness levels. All of our group fitness classes provide a high-energy, high-intensity workout in a friendly, supportive class setting. OTF also offers private classes and personal training sessions with our professionally certified trainers.
Walks-ins are always welcome. Pre-registration is recommended to reserve your spot in the class.
